Rental & Resort Fleets
Clutch-free single-speed operation and a manageable 32 km/h (20 mph) suit rental depots and resorts.
For: Rental & Trail-Tour Operators / Resorts / Fleet Buyers
Why this quad
A single-speed differential removes clutch and shift training, front and rear disc brakes shorten the learning curve, and the 132 kg chassis is easy to stage and turn around between riders.
Lower rider training and higher fleet utilisation for rental programmes.
03
Outdoor & Adventure Retail
A lightweight, easy-to-ride electric quad broadens a dealer's recreational lineup.
For: Outdoor & Adventure Retailers / Distributors
Why this quad
At 132 kg with a 710 mm seat height and zero tailpipe emissions, it is an approachable entry-premium model that draws new adult riders into the electric powersports category.
An entry-premium electric model that expands the recreational customer base.
04
Private Estates & Camps
Near-silent riding for property enjoyment without disturbing neighbours or wildlife.
For: Property Owners / Camp Operators / Dealers
Why this quad
Electric running is far quieter than a comparable gas quad, so short inspection loops and recreational rides stay unobtrusive across private land, camps and noise-sensitive ground.
Recreational mobility on private land with minimal noise and no fuel handling.

How Your FR20DATV-SP Is Built
Thirteen controlled steps from specification to final inspection, grouped into four phases. Frame work is done in-house; the electric drivetrain is verified at every gate before shipment.
Specification & Sourcing
3 steps
Motor, controller and battery specifications are locked before any metal is cut.
Product Specification & Project Confirmation
Every project begins with product specification and market requirement confirmation. Before production, we confirm key details including vehicle model, motor, color, configuration, packaging, labels, certification requirements and target sales channel. We also consider whether the products will be distributed through traditional B2B channels or online retail channels, as different sales models may require different packaging and labeling solutions.
Engineering & OEM/ODM Development
Our in-house engineering team supports both standard products and OEM/ODM development. Subject to project volume, MOQ and agreed tooling requirements, customization can include frame structure, colors, graphics, seats, lighting, electrical systems and other product-specific components. For certain plastic and metal parts, dedicated tooling can also be developed according to project requirements.
Component Sourcing & Incoming Quality Control
Frame-related steel components are manufactured in-house, while most other vehicle components are sourced or customized from qualified suppliers according to product specifications. Incoming components undergo visual and condition inspections before assembly. Functional performance is further verified during vehicle assembly and vehicle testing. Typical categories include motors, controllers, battery packs, suspension components, wheels and tires, brake systems, steering components, electrical components and fasteners.
Frame Fabrication & Welding
3 steps
In-house fabrication and welding keep the ATV chassis dimensionally consistent.
Frame Fabrication
ATV frame components are processed in-house through multiple fabrication operations. Typical processes include: Tube Cutting → Tube Bending → Punching → Laser Cutting → Fixture Preparation. Controlling these processes internally helps maintain frame dimensions, mounting positions and production consistency before welding.
Frame Welding
Frame welding combines manual welding and robotic welding according to the structural requirements of different components. Dedicated welding jigs are used to position frame components during production and help maintain dimensional consistency. The combination of manual and robotic welding allows different structural areas to use the most appropriate manufacturing process.
Frame Inspection
After welding, the frame goes through structural and dimensional inspection before surface finishing. Inspection points include frame dimensions, weld condition, left/right symmetry, mounting positions, installation holes and overall alignment. Dedicated inspection fixtures are used where required to verify critical dimensions and mounting locations.
Finishing & Assembly
4 steps
Coating, sub-assembly and torque-controlled fastening build the vehicle around the electric drivetrain.
Surface Preparation & Powder Coating
After frame inspection, welded structures undergo surface preparation before powder coating. The process is designed to prepare the metal surface for coating and improve finish consistency. Typical process: Surface Preparation → Powder Coating → Curing → Finish Inspection.
Sub-Assembly
Before final vehicle assembly, major vehicle systems are prepared through dedicated sub-assembly processes. Typical sub-assemblies include front suspension, rear axle, steering system, brake system and electrical system. These modules are then prepared for integration into the main vehicle assembly.
Main Vehicle Assembly
The frame, suspension, drivetrain, braking, steering, seating and electrical systems are integrated during the main assembly stage. Because different ATV platforms have different structures and configurations, the exact assembly sequence may vary by model. Assembly operations follow defined production requirements for each vehicle platform.
Critical Fastener Torque Control
Critical vehicle fasteners are tightened according to specified torque requirements. Depending on the assembly station and component, operators use torque wrenches and electric torque tools. Typical controlled areas include steering components, suspension mounting points, brake components, wheel fasteners, motor mounting points and rear axle components.
Testing & Delivery
3 steps
Every unit is function-tested for motor response, braking and electrical safety before packing.
Safety & Functional Inspection
After assembly, major safety-related and functional systems are inspected before vehicle testing. Brake inspection includes brake travel, braking force and parking brake. Steering and suspension inspection includes steering play, front wheel alignment, toe-in, shock absorbers and tire pressure. Motor and controller inspection includes response, acceleration, abnormal noise and temperature. Electrical checks cover lighting, throttle, battery connections, charger port and emergency stop.
100% Vehicle Running Test
Every completed ATV undergoes a vehicle running test before final inspection. The test verifies key operating functions including acceleration, braking, steering, reverse function where equipped, abnormal noise and general vehicle operation. Dynamic testing also provides an additional opportunity to verify component performance under actual operating conditions.
Final Inspection
After the running test, every vehicle goes through a final inspection before packing. A defined inspection checklist is used to confirm the vehicle condition and key functions before release for shipment. This acts as the final manufacturing quality gate before packaging.

Questions Before You Order
The eight questions purchasing teams ask most about this electric sport quad, answered straight.
How fast does the FR20DATV-SP electric sport quad go?
It reaches a top speed of 32 km/h (20 mph), with instant torque from its permanent magnet brushless motor (BLDC). That is brisk enough for trail and recreational riding while staying approachable for adult riders and rental fleets.
How far can the electric quad travel on a single charge?
Range depends on rider weight, terrain and speed. The 60V 20Ah lead-acid pack is sized for typical trail and recreation sessions; contact us for tested range figures under your target conditions.
Is the FR20DATV-SP available with OEM or ODM branding?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service, including custom colors, decals, your-logo branding, motor and controller tuning, electrical systems and private-label packaging for qualified distributors.
What certifications do your electric ATVs carry?
This model lists CE and UKCA and is supplied with an ETL/UL-listed charger. Available documentation depends on product, configuration and market, and is confirmed before ordering.
How long does charging take and can dealers stock spare batteries?
Charging time depends on battery capacity and charger specification and is typically several hours from a standard outlet using the AC 100~240V, DC 67V 3A ETL/UL charger. Replaceable battery solutions and spare-parts support are available by model.
Are electric off-road vehicles quieter and easier to maintain than gas models?
Yes. Electric models are much quieter than comparable gas vehicles and need less routine maintenance, since there are no oil changes or fuel-system servicing. Regular checks still cover battery care, tires, brakes, fasteners and the electrical system.
What are the lead time and minimum order quantity for wholesale electric quads?
